How to Prevent Spoils

Hi everyone!
Today I want
to talk about spoiling and how a famous drama series prevent spoiling.
I focused on
Game of Thrones.
Performers
and staffs of Game of Thrones avoid spoiling with all strength.
First, they
didn't receive the script. Not all performers received the script. Production
people tried to keep the number of people who knows the story small.
Second,
people who engaged in the series raised the security of their emails. They had
a two-step authentication system to their emails and proved that they are not
hacked.
Third,
performers had to sign their call sheet every day, and there was encryption on
it. In the performer's call sheet, schedule shows details of which scene is
taken and which actors are in the scene, and they have a code name. So, even if
the progress sheet is leaked, if you don't know the key to unlock the code, you
need to know which actor is in the shooting set and which actor is playing with
the other characters and in the scene.
Fourth,
performers were "very" good at keeping the secrets. The performers were
not spoiled even if they were often involved in the private sector after the
other actors finished shooting.
Fifth, producers
have also thrown in one or two fake scenes. Producers used to write fake scenes
on the script and give them to performers. It is a scene where a certain
character dies but as a big joke.
Finally, Game
of Thrones fans doesn't really want to know what happens. As people became so
addicted to drama series socially, it became legally allowed to anger against
spoilers. In general, everyone really doesn't want to know. It absolutely
made it easy to prevent spoilers.
Thinking the
Game of Thrones and the ways how they prevent the spoiling, it not only the
performers' and staffs' result of hard work but also the fans not wanting to
know what happens next. To avoid the spoiling, everyone, such as performers,
staffs and, also audience (!) who involves to a film or drama series have to work
together and make the work the best.
Thank you for
reading!
